FeONIC develop a range of Audio products which turn solid surfaces into speakers. This for Domestic and Commercial situations where visible speakers are undesirable or impractical. Soundbug2 is a tiny portable wireless bluetooth stereo speaker system.

Problem: Create a Visual Exciting Website with eCommerce and Customer Registration features

The new website required clean crisp design, Customer Registration with special pages for Customers and offers, Backend Customer handling (password reset, special offers etc). Also, eCommerce. A sophisticated high conversation rate shopping experience.

Solutions: Working with Designer, Django Database Application, Foxycart eCommerce

Once again I worked with FeONIC's Designer Laurence Lassalle. This website has taken over 9 months to complete (in fits and starts). Built using the Django Web Development Framework using Django Registration and Django CMS. 

Foxycart eCommerce provide the shopping experience. We have worked closely with the Foxycart to push the experience to our exact requirements. Challenges included integrating the DigiCert Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security. This to ensure the visitor has the confidence to buy. Every sale is vital.

Major challenges have been centred around effective, efficient communication. Every heading, word, picture, navigation technique, colour, font, animation has been addressed repeatably. Websites can take a long time and require a great deal of effort and expense. For many companies it is the first and only customer interface. It has to be perfect. The process never ends.

Outcome: High Impact Web Design, Communication and Sales Conversion

Early days as the product has just been launched. I'm currently using Google Analytics to learn more about the customer experience. How did they find the website? (click a link, from an email, from social media or a search term). We are using MailChimp and Social Media to help promote the site.
